American and British Lit:
Both American Lit and British Lit finished the fishbowl activity, then reviewed Warrick Dunn's career by powerpoint and video. Finally, we reviewed gerunds and participles.
For Monday, seniors need to bring Running for my Life and Lord of the Flies. Juniors need to bring Running for My Life and Twisted.
Paragraph for 3-passage assignment is due on Monday. Students will choose one of the three passages they chose in class from Running for My Life which they feel has particular significance for them. They will write one well-constructed paragraph (1 topic sentence, 4+ sentences for the body, and 1 closing sentence) describing this significance as it relates to their personal experience.
